Hey everyone,
Next Wednesday, November 2nd, the USC Global Health Club will be holding a fundraiser at the 901 Bar & Grill on Figueroa Street. From 9-11 PM, 20% of any food or drinks you buy will go to us. After 11 PM, ask for one of the special drinks and 10% of the proceeds will be given to us. The special drinks are: Ethiopia Sky (AMFs) and African Dream (one of the owner’s own concoctions that he highly recommends). Funds raised through this will go towards our trip to Ethiopia next summer to conduct public health research, so come on out and support your club by going to the 9-0!

Even if you can’t make it to the event, please INVITE ALL OF YOUR FRIENDS to the Facebook page. The ONLY way we can make this a success is by getting the word out so people know about it, which is up to YOU!
Additionally, if you are underage (sadly you will only be allowed in if you are 21+, it is a bar after all), we will be selling Diddy Riese outside the front door until about 11. Anyone who wants to volunteer to help run this table, please email us at uscglobalhealthclub@gmail.com.
